Texasmom -- Your fan kit is on the way.

Anyone else who may have a similar issue, PLEASE be sure to contact a mod or send an e-mail to [e-mail] so that it can be corrected. Be sure to include as much info as possible: name, address, the e-mail you used to sign-up, paypal receipt number, etc.

When the store/fan sign-up was first created, it wasn't clear to everyone that you needed to push one more button to connect your membership to the store. It's more obvious now and to my knowledge there haven't been any problems lately, but if you signed up very early on and still haven't received your fan kit, it's very fixable if you let us know!

How long does it take after sending an email about not getting a fan kit to get a response? I inquired on 12/31/08 and was just wondering.

Kittileen -- The response is usually pretty quick. I've not heard of anyone not hearing back from the fan club within a day or two. I've looked up your fan club account and forwarded all the information, so you should be hearing something very soon.

Just curious I sign up for the fan come when it first started but I was wondering if you can post all the screen names of all the people who have joinned the fan club (fellow fan club members if you will).

I'd love to see who all is in the club.

It wouldn't be appropriate to list the members without their permission, but Fan Club members can reveal their membership in the fan club if they choose.

If you registered for the Fan Club, you should have received an e-mail very late on Thursday night that contained the link to the VIP Lounge and your JCM number.

Please pm me or any of the Mods if you did not receive this and we can check on it for you.

I'm totally embarrased, let's just get that out of the way. I did register for the VIP Lounge but have forgotten my password and it won't let me sign up again with a different password. I have tried to no avail to come up with the one I selected but....nada. Is there anything I can do?
