Jayeb - your JCM number was included in the welcome email you got when your order was placed I believe. If you read back over this thread you will see that unless you were one of the first 85 who ordered too early, your number was given to you when you placed your order. I'm pretty sure you can PM one of the MODs or email the store to get that info. Check back a few pages.

I received two welcome packages

I received mine on a wednesday with the 2x shirt I was supposed to get. Then on Monday, I received a second one, this one with a 3x tshirt in it. This one was not ordered, so it was sent to me by mistake. I have PMed Betsy about sending it back but she hasn't gotten back to me yet #IDunno#

Same here. I have written mods and they said to email Betsy. I did but haven't heard back. Guess I was one of the "too early" ones. I had order # 17 so that's pretty early! Got my shirt and gorgeous pic of Jason so guess the # isn't too awfully important although I would like to know what it is. Silly girl that I am! #takeabow# (laughing at myself)

YAYY!!! I came brought my daughter home from the hospital this afternoon ( surgery went well, BTW) and found my package on the porch! so EXCITED!

The youth XL shirt is kinda bigger than i expected, but thats better than too small! Just in case anyone was wondering about the youth sizing.

I *think* (not sure) that some people didn't hit the button to go from paypal back to the main site (where there's a link to return to Jason Castro Music). It occurs to me that when you go through paypal, that part gets your fanclub kit processing but the clicking back to JCM must be a crucial step to get you entered into the system.

SO - if you didn't do that and you never received a welcome number, you may not be entered on the fan club list. I'm going to talk to Betsy and maybe we can compare orders from paypal to the fan club list and try to find discrepancies and make sure everyone is entered.

If that's not the scenario that might describe your situation, then I can only ask that you PM me to look you up and see if I can locate you. If you do, please send me both your first and last name and the email address you would have registered with. Thanks.

Lemon, that's quite possibly what happened to me. It was before the site was live, so who knows? Mine also was echeck and not credit card, which apparently creates chaos.

I know you looked for me and couldn't find my info. Please let me know if there's anything else I can tell you or Betsy that might help.

Mine was an echeck also and Betsy had to write me about it -- at first she thought it didn't clear & that I needed to go through the paypal process again and then told me it was okay. It took a long time (seemed forever) to clear and get my fanclub kit & shirt.

All I can suggest if you know you didn't get a welcome email with a number is to try the customer support email address. If you PM us, we'll likely just end up forwarding the info anyway. They've been really overwhelmed with orders but they are finally getting caught up so hopefully they can resolve any outstanding issues.

Your best bet is probably to send an e-mail to customer service at the store. Be sure to include as much information as you possibly can, including your package tracking numbers if you still have those.

Got my fanclub box yesterday and I am so happy. The picture is beautiful and framable if only my family wouldn't get upset .

I also ordered one of the shirts and am wearing it right now to go work out in and later to go bike riding in. I am such a Jason Castro Groupie

If I were in the business of rating I would give the website and fanclub package five stars.

I am sure when Jason's album comes out it will be amazing. Until then I will be listening to his beautiful music at his MySpace page.
