I received a shipping confirmation Monday, and just now when I clicked on the link in the email to track it, it went to the store and it's saying: "Payment: PayPal: You've paid $0.00 of $37.95." The note at the bottom says: "This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable."
However, the charge is showing up on my credit card account.
Any ideas? Thanks

tiff this is what happened to me and I paid it again - wrong answer!..........and then got into a big mess. Ended up having to cancel both orders (through help of mods) and start all over again. It was nutso.

Tiff - the error you see in the original email address has been noted and accounted for. If you got an email that it's shipping, then you're all good.
Welcome emails seem to be going out now for fan club registrations made from the website last week. Emails should go out upon registration now as well.

Well I got a confirmation email from Jason Castro Music Fan Club today, I too had just the two paypal emails, so I am officially # 135, I am sure everyone will be getting them now if they haven't already.

Ok,the only thing i've gotten so far is an order conformation for the shirts I ordered but not for the fan club membership. I checked paypal and both payments went through. Any help I could get on this and getting a JCM number would be much appreciated!!

hhidreadhead that is all I had until today too. The payment went through paypal a while ago but I got my confirmation email from the Fan Club today, so I think it should be coming to you real soon, it looks like they are working on getting them all out if the charge is on your credit card, you will get it. Sure sure moonlight, very nice way of saying "Please keep that frog in your throat" but ok....grin No the site actually had a burp about 30 mins ago and even though you THOUGHT you were on it, you were not! As you can see by my former post of the stats it reset itself and then when you clicked to go somewhere else it was seemless for you but you actually WERE in limbo with me....scarey isn't it? |

Gailer, I've not heard that the number would be used for a password to the VIP Lounge. That's under construction right now, but to my mind it wouldn't make sense to use your member ID since all anyone would have to do is start entering numbers until they got lucky and hacked in. Go ahead and add it wherever you'd like. |
