OK this is for JCM and please don't smack me, well ok you can smack me just not too hard...grin I read your post about the numbers and just one teeny weenie question for those of us that pre-ordered, I did get my paypal info and I got confirmation from JCM but your saying our "order number" is our JCM number not the "customer id" number? Here is my confirm info: CustomerID# 35 Thank you for your order. Your order number is 1020, placed 8/28/2008 at 4:55PM. So 1020 would be my JCM correct? I now have so many numbers tattooed on my forearm I look like Popeye on acid So I just want to be sure Thanks

My paypal says it is completed but still nothing has been taken out of my account. I'm assuming betsy is still working on this because I never got an email with my fan club number. Have you heard anything else?

I joined last night and have tried at least a dozen times to purchase the shirt and redeem my coupon. I tried every version of my coupon code, but nothing works. Sometimes I get the error message...sometimes it seems as if it's working, but the amount stays the same. I've written two emails to customer service, but have received nothing back yet. Nor did I get a confirmation email after joining the fan club, but I did get one from PayPal about the charge. Can you help me, too, Liz? I'm hoping that I'll get an extension beyond the 24-hour expiration on the coupon, since I've been unable to redeem it... My JCM # is 287.

I got an order conformation about the shirts I ordered but I don't remember getting anything from paypal confirming I paid for the fan club membership. I may have gotten it and deleted it right away without thinking to save it. Is there a way I can find out for sure that I paid the 24.95 for the fan club membership?? And how do you know if you have a JCM number?? You can log into your PayPal account and do a history query to see if your payment went through.

Sweetpea log into your paypal account and you should see your orders there, if it has not already been processed you can click cancel order.

The coupon may be case sensitive. If you are still having trouble, please PM me and I'll compile a list and get them to Betsy. Not to worry, it will all get straight and we'll make sure you get your numbers and your discount.

I'm still confused about what to do with the non-functional coupon code. I have emailed customer service and PM'ed kbel. But I think an answer here would help a lot of us...
Do you want me to order the shirt at full price and then you do a refund/credit to my paypal account?
OR
Do you want me to wait to order the shirt with the functional coupon code, even though it may be later than 24 hours after I purchased my fan club membership?
Thanks. Not trying to be witchy, and I understand that glitches happen. Just thinking that y'all may prefer that we all choose the same course of action.

I was one who ordered merch and a fan club membership before the store was really ready. I just looked at my PayPal info and it says payment sent to: customerservice@jasonastromusic. com (no "c" for castro). Would this make any kind of difference?
Monday I got an email from customerservice@jasoncastromusic .com that it had shipped, but no fan club # or whatever.
Thanks for everyone's hard work in trying to resolve the issue!

You got an e-mail saying it was shipped Tiff? I haven't yet, and I also ordered early....that makes me nervous. It does say though that my paypal was sent and what not, so...I have no problem waiting a little longer until things get squared away.
