My code to buy my T-shirt for $10 does not work. #ranting2# The store indicates that it is an invalid code. Can a mod in the know or a member who has experienced the same thing please help? I want to get my discounted T-shirt before my 24 hours is up. PLEASE HELP! #please# #help# PM me the code you used and I'll try to figure it out. |

Liz, I'm still kinda confused. I joined the fanclub with $10 tee, right after the store link first came up a few days ago. (with paypal). I have an order# and customer ID#. Is the cust id# my JCM # ? It's #34. .....and I should be all set with membership pkg and the tee on the way? Thanks for your help.

Everything is cool and Betsy will be sending us that pre-ordered our JCM # herself she is working on it now, as for the tshirts and stuff if Paypal shows that it was accepted then you are ok we just have to wait a bit as Betsy must do it by hand.  |

Nope Liz, as you know very little was IN the store at the time and the shirt was 10 bucks and shipping was not calculated for any of us. That is why I never mentioned the discount I figured because the t-shirt was only 10 bucks that it already was discounted. BTW do me a favor Liz, since the shipping really wasn't the fanclubs fault, I would prefer to go ahead and pay it I don't think they should have to pay for a mistake because the site went live too soon as a mistake and I would happily pay my own shipping. |

Some people can't see the link because of screen resolutions or flash player issues on their local machines.
Nicole -- I believe Meet and Greet info will be available at a later date.

Someone posted earlier they couldn't see/find the link so I think McLovin was just trying to help out. Something about the link being in the corner and maybe the OP had their screen size too large to see the link ?

Something about the link being in the corner and maybe the OP had their screen size too large to see the link ? c Well you could send them here it will automatically check their flash player and install the newest one if they don't have it: www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/as for screen resolution if they right click on an empty space of desktop and choose properties then when the next window opens choose settings a good resolution for just about all websites is 1024 x 728 that should fix them right up. |

UPDATE:
If you registered for the fan club through JCM (not the store), we're going to send out emails with the fan club numbers on them - and they will start going out with the registration soon. So watch your email for the welcome mail.
If you registered before from the store, you should receive an email once Betsy sets up your account.
