Maybe this has been answered, I am a little confused. I tried to register for the fan club a few days ago, fan club and $10.00 t-shirt. While it was registering, it stopped working, so I thought it did not go through, but then I got an e-mail stating I was in the fan club. But, it still has not gone through my paypal and it says something about not knowing what the shipping and handling is and I will be contacted. I will go back to the e-mail and see if I have a number. But, am I actually registered??

Hey everyone,
I joined the fan club yesterday. If you can't find the "Fan Club" - go to the home page of this site and look on the very top right of the page.
My PayPal confirmation said this:
This email confirms that you have paid Castro Merch$24.95 USD using PayPal.
This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *CASTROMERCH".
Anyway, everyone who can afford it - please join so we can keep supporting Jason.

Do you still have your order number available? It can be looked up to confirm that payment is pending. |

sweetpea, i think you should join. i'm joining an official fan club for the first time. experiencing alot of first times with jason here, too:-) there's just something remarkable about this young and talented musician that i think even jason, himself, isn't aware how much of an impact he's making on people's lives. oh, c'mon, you don't want to miss out on all the excitement.

HELP!! I just joined the fanclub but couldn't order merch at the same time....now I don't know how to get my 10 discount for tshirt....I don't have any coupon number....can I still get my discount. thanks!!

When you register, the confirmation screen tells you the coupon code for the discount. Do you still have the browser up where you registered for the fan club?

Hi Liz - thanks for the quick response. When I was registering I looked for a confirm number or directions for the discount but didnt see it....maybe I was too excited. Anyway now i do not have the browser up still, can't find it...tried to go back but won't let me. Is there any way to get a coupon number. I have my paypal confirm and that's all right now. thanks sooo much!!!

Ok, I went back and looked my order # is 1084. Cust ID# (upper right hand) is 133 (is this myJCM fan club member #). But both e mails are from jasoncastromusic store. There is nothing from my paypal, no notification of pmt.

Aaah, I've really messed all this up.
After I registered, I don't think I clicked on the button that said "return to Castro Merch." I haven't received an e-mail that I was in the fan club. So I'm not fully registered?? What do I do? I know it says in bright orange on that first page to do that, but I didn't read it until just now... I was too psyched to sign up!
My other issue isn't my fault. I didn't get to use my $10 coupon because my internet was retarded when I was trying to get to paypal to pay for the shirt. When I tried to put the coupon code in again to actually pay for the shirt, it wouldn't let me because it thought I already used that coupon. I already asked Betsy and she said she'd try to figure out if I could still get the discount... Probably shouldn't have bothered her, but I'm really frustrated.
Sorry. Is there any hope for me? lol

I got registered! ;D I'm so happy! My JCM # is 169!
I received e-mails from Paypal for my membership and merch.
I didn't receive any e-mail from JCM itself. Should I receive one?
Will I eventually receive it?
