heyyyyyyyyyyyy you sweet ladies!!

my first two days answering calls on my own went much better than i thought.im almost not feeling nervous.but i do have many things have to ask the leader. my throad is feeling worse and worse as i have to speak for 7 hours a day,almost nonstoped! luckily i got sunday off---the only day off i have in a week,i finally have time to see a doctor. im having different shifts everyday,yesterday i have night shift and today i have early shift.but it will settled soon i think.

i so want to hang out with you everyday but i just don't get much time and energy.i've missed here terribly and when i feel tired and hard at work,i think of all of you and feel im loved and put some real good smile on my face. i always think im so blessed to have met yall!

kim. im speaking cantonese in work.but i did interviewed for english operator,but just failed.so i started with speaking catonese.then i will have english test in march,if i pass,then i'll be speaking english at work.i think it's better to start with speaking my mother touge.
and im sorry to tell you that your link is unaccessable for me.but thank you so much anyway!you are sooooooooo sweet!

Trudy, I am so sorry you could not view the videos of Jason's interview. He was so adorable.

It's good to hear that your first few days went so well at work. I didn't know you work 6 days a week. Is it that way for everyone where you work? I can see that it is good that you are speaking your native language while learning this new job, trying to learn a job and speak a foreign language at the same time would really be a challenge. I know that foreign languages and I did not get along very well at all.

Hi my dear dear family!

My roommate asked me to go shopping today.i was meant to have rest but i haven't went shopping for like two months.so whatever.we went out and brought some pants and shirts.tired but happy.hee.

Kim. yes.i only get a day off every week as i work 7.5 hrs per day.if i work 8.5 hrs i'll get two days off every week.but it's up to the company that how many hrs we new employees work.we Can apply for the shift that we Like to have a few months' later. And you are very understanding about the foreign language thing.so sweet. Caro.i forgot to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU Here.may you a blessed happy year coming!how did your bday go?

Sorry i don't have much time to comment after i backread most of the pages.it's always good to read what happen to everyone.

I went through a very rough day today.i got some very anger customers.i provided wrong info that made them even more anger.two customers said they would lodge a complaint to me.Omg!that could be a big thing.i felt so bad that i have no mood answering calls the rest of the day.alas...
Feel really struggled these days.i kinda lost myself.im like a robot.
Hope tomorrow is a better day.see ya.

Oh my that is so stressful for you. I do hope that people just say things like that and they don't really mean it. You poor thing.

my job didn't go well for me.i've got two complaints from two customers.and they are not just saying...two case were bulit by head manager.alas..but i don't think it's all my fault.i can't really do much when facing anger customers. i was just got caugh in the middle.luckily head manager didn't blame me,he said poor me,don't mind it. but im now so afraid to pick up any call now.i have a shadow in my heart.that's scary.

im still coughing and my voice is turning like a grandma...haha...

i got a english call last night,i guess the customer chose Cantonese(my native language) when she phoned in. i was meant to pass line to english team but the line was busy.so i answered it anyway.im so glad that i managed to explained the bills for her.

it's very tense at work. i really know how "hot" the hotline can be.i have to answer and answer calls like a robot.and normally we get some follow up work to do after every call.but we don't have time for that. the commandars keep shouting and pushing us to get ready for the next call. so the work get piled up and i have to do that with extra time after work.and normally i don't remember much about the cases with the little time i've given to record some simple messages. it gets better with time i know.

my roommate is sick.she can't really speak.that's too bad.. she have to ask for sick leave for days to go see a doctor and stay at her home.glad that her mom will babysit her. so im living and working alone these coming days.

i'll go home in 13rd JAN.chinese new year will be 14th JAN this year.yes,the same day with valentines' day. i'll have 3 days' off then. 4 friends already asked me out during new year..but i don't have much time...yikes!

As for your name...trudy I have heard it but it isn't used much anymore it's more of a name that was popular 60 years ago. Sorry just telling you as I see it. Its a cute name just don't hear it very much.

Did you hear Jason is coming over to your neck of the woods. He is going to the Philippians and Malaysia? I know these places aren't close to you but it's closer than here.

this year is the year of tiger for our chinese.we have twelve animals, representing the twelve Earthly Branches, used to symbolize the year in which a person is born.i was born in Dragon year.but i wonder if the animal year really tells us about the person.

And those who has not married will get red paper from parents and grandparents and relatives.

Why does the cold make you feel lonely?

It's been cold here for so long now that it just makes me appreciate the warm weather will return soon. I hope. I don't mind the cold it is kind of a cozy time.

hi caro!!!!!guess only two of us left in the island.....

those egg shaped thing is rice glue ball.they means reunion.we all eat that in the new year.they are originally white.nowadays we've got so many favors of rice ball.they are dyed to be colourful represent different favors.

i think cold makes me lazy and somehow gives me the feeling of lonely.donno why,haha....

talk about job.it's my luck that i didn't get much anger customer lately.but still got some touch problems,when i need help nobody was there.the floor is huge and we only have several leaders walking around to help us. when i held the line for too long and the commander kept shouting"Trudy,pick up the line!!now!!" just helpless...

i haven't mentioned Handy since weeks ago. we are having different shifts so we don't sit in the same area.i only saw him sometimes when he walked by in the distance and never got a chance to talk. it seems that Handy is getting promoted to be a helper walking around the floor to solve problems. but my friend told me he only walked around in the morning for like an hour.and i have night shift!!YIKES!

i applied for the break shift for 21th FEB to 20th MAR.work from 9:00am to 2:30pm(with a 45mins break for lunch)and got 2 hours' break,then go back to work at 4:30pm,until 8:30pm. then i will have two days' off every week. i will know if i get this shift tonight.

the street is so quite since it's still chinese year.almost all stores are closed!!i haven't have lunch yet(it's 2:19 in the afternoon here). so now go find somewhere to get some food.see ya!
