Check out Michael Castro’s cover of James Morrison’s “This Boy”!!!! www.myspace.com/michaelcastromusicWOW! Jason's brother can sing!!! I'm liking his voice and style! And he has a unique voice that is distinguishable from Jason. They are both unique. I'm happy to say it looks like we'll be getting great music not just from Jason but Michael too. I love it!!! |

Nice..very nice! I'm liking the new song...it gives us an idea how much range Michael has. Jason has an awesome lower register...he may be right about Michael...it seems Michael has a higher register to reach those high notes..altho jason's falsetto's are to die for.
I like it. I love Jason's voice cuz like u said tori..there's only ONE jason. Michael has his own unique tone that's easy & nice to listen to.
I can't believe that we get double the castro music...that's just crazzzzeeeee & lovely at the same time!! YAY!!

The spoilers have noted that all AI contestants have to strip their MySpace of music by January. The top 50 are doing that now. I am not watching AI unless Michael is in the group and I will only watch to support Jason's brother and his family. AI showed us how they manipulate to favor their choices and I do not want to participate and be a pawn in their game.

The spoilers have noted that all AI contestants have to strip their MySpace of music by January. The top 50 are doing that now. I am not watching AI unless Michael is in the group and I will only watch to support Jason's brother and his family. AI showed us how they manipulate to favor their choices and I do not want to participate and be a pawn in their game. Lu, if that is true, they still haven't shut down their myspace music yet for Anna Kaelin and Joanna Pacitti. It's hard to believe they aren't in the top 50. I looked up others on the spoiler list and they were all up still. I don't think they have to shut them down until after the reveal of the top 50, otherwise there would be no secret of who the top 50 are... Yes I am always the optimist when it comes to Michael Castro and I want a reason to vote again... these different signs are all over LA... this "cowboy" one is along the 405 Freeway in the heart of West LA, one of the busiest freeways on the planet  |

Ha!Ha! and I loved it. Some of the other sites have started to remove their music after being available earlier so I think they have started. You make a good point that they may have until later in January. I know that AI was the vehicle to introduce us all to Jason but I did not like the way he was handled by the judges even though his fans saw through it and he did handle it well. I am concerned for Michael. It is clear they have seasoned musicians with numerous CDs and performance experience selected for this next season.

Haha RoseQ! Love the improvement. When I first saw that cowboy I was like, hey it's not Nashville Star! But then Carrie Underwood is probably the most successful AI. All the signs throughout LA had a different kind of character. One I saw had a "Syesha" singer, so I was glad to see the signs are not all a cowboy. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a Jason one on some freeway too...
Lu, I agree any home-grown singer like our Castro bros will always have a challenge with more seasoned/recorded performers which doesn't seem fair. But to be honest I have watched all seasons of AI, and I often thought about going to the concerts, but never did, no matter how much I liked my favorites because I didn't care for the other Top 10. I'm glad I waited for this year's because I do believe we got the best Top 10 and seeing them perform live more than once confirmed that. So to be surrounded by experience might be a good thing for Michael too.
