Mrs. C...I just saw your twitter...what happened to your arm? is it a fracture? Hope u feel better soon!! Or have you been doing lots of push-ups?? sore muscles??

Friday and Saturday were very painful but it is a muscle tear not a tendon or ligament and it seems the recovery is alot faster. Just gott a little crazy with my work out I guess. It's been a progressive injury...I think it just finally peaked. I'm getting better though and I'll be back at it soon...not too soon though! |

Thats good to hear your shoulder is feeling better Betsy. Guess your workouts are the "hurts so good" type ha ha  Good to see Jason is having fun and being productive in NYC. p.s. Hi Betsy! Yes, got that pic on Twitter but I love it! You have such a gorgeous, lovely boy. I know you hear that all the time. I know you are a very proud mom. And he's doubly beautiful because he is such a good kid! I really truly hope he is blessed in his chosen career. I hope he can stay the incredible Christ centered guy that he is. Hope you get to hang with him in NYC for a bit soon. |

Muscle tear is better than tendon or ligament for shure! I pulled a Muscle near my neck a month ago when I was doing some simple set of bench presses it was painful so I know how it feels. I think I was tight when I started & I didn't stretch or warmup enough before I lifted. You will be back real soon...when you get back try to take it easy on that spot & make sure to warm up. Don't feel bad that you're not working out cause it looks like you've built some muscle to carry you thru your injury. Your muscles are actually burning calories while you are at rest...it sure does...I was shocked when I found that out too!! LOL! Take Care Mrs. C!! |

Good grief Betsy, first your ankle and now your shoulder. Take it easy woman. Wow the boys are staying in New York a long time. Everyone was happy with listening to Jason today in the lobby of the Atlantic building. Good Tweets. Mr. Snowden even responded to some tweets/twitters from some of the fans. How cool is that.

Betsy - hope your shoulder/arm heals quickly. I have a similar situation and regularly ice and heat my shoulder. I think it's from working out too, but haven't been to the doctor. How did you figure out what was going on? Mine gets better than I reinjure it. Sometimes I think I'm too old for this working out stuff! (haha).

Hello, Betsy! This is Rico!@ I am not sure if you still remember me. It was about 10 months ago when I met you. I went to the American Idol live concert in Glendale, Arizona all the way from Japan and ran into you at the hotel in Scottsdale. I was going to meet some of the dreadheads at the hotel and arrived there a little bit too early. I was walking around in a hotel and saw you there but I was not sure if it was really you. I got up the courage to speak to you, "Are you Mrs. Betsy Castro?" and you turned around and said "Yes, I am." with big smile! I almost fainted because it was so surreal. I got all shook up but tried to explained that I was a big fan of Jason and came here for his AI concert. Also I showed you my T-shirt.  You seemed happy to hear that and gave me a big hug and also Jason's picture and a pen with his autograph. That meant a whole lot to me and those are the most priceless gift that I ever received. You are so nice and amazing. Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kindness. I have been wanting to post here to say thank you but I hesitated because I'm not confident in English. I am sorry that it took me so long to say thank you. By the way, do you remember that I told you about my blog about Jason? I still update most of his latest news and his vlog translating into Japanese for his Japanese fans here. I was so excited when I found that this forum name "Castro Cafe" happens to be the same name as my blog! Oh Betsy, Jason was wonderful doing the webcast, that was so much fun watching him,He is just so good to us.We have to be the most blessed fans in the world,He just keeps on giving and with such love for all of us..I am so honored to be a part of this wonderful exciting journey Jason is taking us on..He never ceases to amaze me.

Enjoy your family time. They grow up so fast and it's not fair! The webcast was AWESOME! I've listened three times and need to go listen again. I hope he does that again and also date nights. He's going to be so busy the next several months. I cannot wait for everything to unfold.

Hello Betsy...had some extra time this morning & playing on the cafe....just wanted to tell you that Jason does not need to connect in Atlanta from New York....I could get him a direct flight and he would be get home faster and wide awake to create more beautiful music...I will probably get lost again but hope this note finds you.
