Dear Betsy and Anyone who Reads This, My friend's daughter's boyfriend, Lyell Cook, who reminds me of Jason, because he is Jason's age, has long dreads and is a drummer, just lost his right arm in an electrocution fire while visiting India. There's a group on Facebook set up for him. www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=91221303293&ref=mfCould anyone please pray for him and his family? I just got a chance to read my People Magazine and guess who is on page 42? There is a section that says MORE POST-IDOL RELEASES and it talks about Jason signing with Atlantic Records. It is May 11 issue and Christina Applegate is on the cover. Just thought you would like to know.

Good grief Betsy, first your ankle and now your shoulder. Take it easy woman. Wow the boys are staying in New York a long time. Everyone was happy with listening to Jason today in the lobby of the Atlantic building. Good Tweets. Mr. Snowden even responded to some tweets/twitters from some of the fans. How cool is that. You know...a friend (if that's what you call a friend) reminded me I'm not as young as I used to be...well....I may not be as young but that sure is no excuse...I took it easy for a bit....back to walking 4 miles and some P90X :-) I'll pace myself...promise! |

Aww. Nice to hear from you, Betsy. Your kids are not babies anymore, gosh Jackie has even grown up so much in the last year. But, I so respect how you make "family" time even with the busy schedule you keep. Jackie says your crazy bowlers, I bet that was a blast.

You have been so wonderful to all of us,sharing your family and lives with us all with such love and I hope you have a beautiful day that is filled with all the love your heart can hold and is filled with lots of warm memories.Thank you for sharing yourself and your family with all of us and for going out of your way to do all that you do for us. There has been no one young man that has touched my heart the way Jason has and I love him like a son,He is such a beautiful reflection of you and Renee,but a Mother's love for her child is like no other love on this earth and Jason is such a beautiful reflection of you..I remember when he was asked the question "Did you not ever want to say anything back to the judges when they were critical of you" and his reply was "No,My Mother always taught me to never make anyone look bad"And he went on to say "It is my job to sing,and their job to judge". You dear lady have raised one Amazing young man.BE Proud,Be Very Proud. Just wanted to say to catlinvalerie, that is one of my all time favorite pictures of Jason. He is just so precious in that picture.God love him, he must have just been so tired..but that has been one of my favorite pictures ofall..
