I got that too, right after they told me that it was going to be shipped. Maybe they decided to go a different route for their shipping then through paypal. I will not PM anyone, so put it on the thread when you get a reply. Thanks

OMG!!! I'm such a dufus! I had to cancel 34 lables because it wouldn't print on the lablemaker...I didn't know it would publicize my stupidity! OMG! You know I'm going to get 34 panicstricken emails.. I've reprinted this morning and it will be on it's way...So sorry...I swear technology is so overrated! But once I get it down it will make my life easier!

For the record (I knew I should have put this in my original post-sorry) I was one of the 85 who ordered August 28th when the store wasn't officially opened - we snuck in through the loading dock I think. Anyhow, I'm sure those who ordered in the first week or so should be seeing their kits delivered ASAP. Even those with mailing 'glitches'!
Wish I was going to an AI show so I could wear the shirt! But, maybe I'll wear it to the Mariners game tomorrow and see if I find any other JCM fans there!

Ok,the only reply I got was a shipping confirmation that my shirts shipped but I never got anything about my fan club membership,both confirming I got one and a shipping confirmation if it's shipped yet. I checked Pay Pal and both transactions went through on my credit card. Help anyone,MOD'S??

I've found that the best way to handle questions about merchandise is to just send an email to customerservice@jasoncastromusic.com The mods would just have to send an email to Betsy or whomever, so it's best to skip that step and go straight to the source.
