I've been waiting all night to see this ;D ~ thanks Betsy & D2D #bearhug# It's AWESOMEEEEE!!!! ;D #LOVE# #thstars# #clap# Edit: Ok so I've got over my initial manic excitement now and realised a good part of the song is missing  I'm guessing that has something to do with the typical idol TV time contraints? ~ I hope that when Jason is on next time he gets to do the whole song ~ Please  Still at least we got the amazing ending this time!  ~ otherwise I really like Jason upfront with the whole band backing him like this, think I prefer it that way, to the other acoustic duet~style version they did on Idol wrap. As an aside, I love Jason in this burnt orange coloured shirt, it gives me a really earthy warm feeling ~ I love the Tulsa shirt too. That Tulsa video is still one of my all time favourites, maybe because it's the first time I ever heard this wonderful song, but also as it's so close up on Jason's face you not only hear, but also see every emotion he puts into the song right the way through  Anyway, however it comes, this still remains one of my favourite Jason songs so far, but it sounds like there are still plenty more to come! |

Thanks so much Betsy!! I stayed up til 2am to watch Jason on Idol Extra - I'm glad to be able to see it again now that I'm more awake! Jason sounds fantastic, & the Heavy Steadies are such a great backup band! He's a real pro now! "Love Uncompromised" is so great, even with the shortened version - I think it's a great debut of his original work. And he's such a goof! - even though I knew the dreadcut had to be an April Fool's joke, I still was holding my breath & thinking, is he really gonna do it??! I love his easygoing sense of humor about everyone's ongoing obsession with his hair! Thanks again for posting this for us! <3 |

I've always hated Idol's camera work.
If they really wanted some good TV, they'd have focused on Jason's face on "Love Uncompromised". Nothing compares!

Thanks for posting this, Betsy, ;D. I still have to watch all of AI Extra and enjoy my other favorite, Ace, doing his share on the show. But love hearing Jason. And I'm sure he had a whole bunch of fans nervous with those scissors, lol.
