I'm so glad someone mentioned the John Mayer lyric. I see some correlation between John and Jason. Probably because John Mayer is the only artist I have truly gone crazy about as an adult, before Jason, that is. When John first started showing up, I knew he had a talent that would take him far and that's how I feel about Jason now. Can't wait to see what Jason does with his talent. I wonder just how far Jason will take his guitar playing too.

doesnt look like anyone has asked this question about this song so here goes: why do you think he chose to leave it out of his sets in Tulsa and Garland? if he isnt trying it out live(with the exception of the one time at homecoming) then I am worried it wont make the cd. I really like this song too. and I agree with poisonivy-I think it is radio-friendly. Thank goodness I have it from the one day he put it up before the site opened. Thats a much better recording than the homecoming one-from an audio quality standpoint. The rockwall live one had too much background noise.

i think he probably just wanted to switch it up a little for tulsa and garland, so he put in so fast and someday and all those new ones! but he had to keep the classics like hallelujah and otr, so i guess he just didn't have time. i mean, he already recorded only one (as we know from when it was up on here that first day), so i don't see why it wouldn't be on the cd? i REALLLLLY hope it is because i love it a lotlotlot!

I missed out on hearing the recorded version when it was on JCM those few days. Not exactly sure how all this works, but is anyone who downloaded it able to put a link up for the rest of us to hear?

I also believe there are probably other new songs that we haven't even heard at all yet, keeping some up his sleeve ya know? But I guess we'll just have to wait till he releases it..... soon I hope! I'm getting antsy

Thanks OTRainbow for the link and to everyone else who PM'd me with an MP3 link. I would love to hear a "Heavy Steadies" version of this song, sort of like how they changed up So Fast and added more guitar and drums.

I hope it makes Jason's Cd.... I love that song... one of my top 3, along with Sweet medicine and Someday. I'm really bummed, because I had it on my MySpace play list, and then it just dissapeared along with Jasons other originals! It's not like I was stealing the songs... I just loved listening to them on my pop-out player. I'm certainly going to by more than 1 copy of Jasons cd, so, I don't feel like I was ripping him off! I especially feel bad, because i actually like songs better when they are less polished. And I'm afraid that some of the songs like tonight( only one), and other side may never see the light of day again! #cryingsmilie#
