I don't have a recent recording from one of his AI Concert videos, however I have the DDB Crazy cover Jason did pre idol. I think it's an excellent recording and similar to the concert performance except he doesn't end it with that last falsetto "Craaaaaazzzzzy" (which I luv by the way).

I got "Crazy" audio- pre idol from Castrocopia--if you go there and click on audio on the top menu bar it'll be there-- I put it on my ipod through Quick Time Player. If you have trouble, # ask "McLovin" --she's helped me a lot. #headphones#

Go to the Castrocopia homepage and click on radio. Then when that screen opens click downloadable music. There are lots of songs to choose from and many versions of crazy. Right click the song you want and select save target as. That should start the download.

I have spent the last hour listening to different performances of "Crazy" on youtube. Some are really good.
Does anyone have a good one bookmarked with great audio and a great last note???
It could save me some time...

Oh, and it needs to be complete--the best one I've found started late.

Kendra I deleted my post that was above yours. This one is so much better. Oh I love it. It had less screaming and no talking like the one I posted. Like him with his dreads down. Where was this at? I want to find it on the tube later and add it to my favorites.

Thanks for the video Kendra. I was watching one of Jason's Crazy performances this morning and at the time remembered Jason had left his dreads down at least once, which I like, so I was going to look for it after work today. Well, I'm done working, and was visiting JCM before going to YouTube and here it is! Love the dreads down and great performance by Jason. Going to see if I can make the MP3 . . . an MP4 would be cool too for my iPod but don't have a clue how to go about it

arghhh, I can' get it to work, is says the code isn't validated by them, I don't know if it is because being in Canada it automatically puts Youtube.ca, instead of .com that is stopping the program from recognizing the URL. Oh well I will try with other things and see if I get any luck. If not I will pm you Kendra and see if you can help. Well I am off to work now.

This last weekend I listened to the original Jason CD I made myself way back when (which I had temporarily abandoned for newer ones of the Tulsa and Garland sets) and I had forgotten how much I love his version of Crazy!!! In the versions I have of him singing this song towards the end of the AI tour his voice sounds so strong and confident, and he puts so much personality and feeling behind it. I hope he hasn't forgotten about this one too because, although I am in love with his new originals and understand he's ready to and needs to do his own thing, it would be such a treat if he threw Crazy in somewhere during his next show. And I would love a studio version of it, too.
