American Idols Tour provides mixed bag at the Dunk last night"The second half of the show started with the shaggy charm of Jason Castro, who began accompanying himself on a ukulele for “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” with plenty of lyrical flubs (our friend the Internet tells us that’s on purpose; what that purpose is wasn’t immediately detectable). His reworking of Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy” on acoustic guitar was interesting enough and The Lovin’ Spoonful’s “Daydream” was a natural. i just wish those writers will thoroughly research more before they write reviews.
it is "over the rainbow" and not "somewhere over the rainbow" and he should know that jason is doing the bruddah iz version not by the original "judy garland" thus ~ the lyrical flubs.

"(10 of the 12 from the TV show were there last night; no word on the whereabouts of Amanda Overmyer or David Hernandez)" After 50-ish shows you'd think by now that writers would be aware that only the Top 10 perform on tour.

I agree the reviewers are not very intelligent....about those lyrics.
I love Jason though!!!! And "Shaggy Charm" that is cute.

Yeah, I agree. Before writing a review, they need to get their information right. Because Jason is pretty much amazing.

I have to admit, when Jason performed Over the Rainbow on AI, I had never heard Brudda Iz version, so I also thougt he was messing up on the lyrics. But, I also thought" What stage presence! This kid can goof up and just go on like nothing happenned. And even make it sound like he meant to do it!" But Yeah, by now , people should know!
