I got registered! ;D I'm so happy! My JCM # is 169! I received e-mails from Paypal for my membership and merch. I didn't receive any e-mail from JCM itself. Should I receive one? Will I eventually receive it? Thanks! I'm so happy! #cheer# Mariana I received a confirmation email from "Jason Castro Official Store Order Confirmation" for my t shirt Another one from Paypal for the shirt and a third one from Paypal for the fan club dues. So 3 in all.

#thWahoooo# I just signed up for the fan club and got my discounted t-shirt #smileySWEET# I really didn't have any problems and got my confirmations from this site as well as paypal. So i'm set and i will now proudly add my JCM # #thsmiley_peace# I'm done too! Didn't have any problems! JCM #62 here!

Ok what exactly is the problem that it's taking so long for those of us that did pre-order to get our JCM# I know it's being done by hand but there were not that many of us. Would it be easier for JCM to just do a refund and we go through the normal process?

I imagine that, since Betsy herself is doing all of this herself, there is not only a lot involved in retracing everyone's steps, but also that she has a million other things to do and can't just sit there for hours figuring this all out. I'll bet she would appreciate your patience. Just my $.02.
ETA: It's not like you can use the number for anything right now, anyway.

However what I meant is that databases can be very finicky and IT MIGHT BE EASIER for us to just reorder through the site, patience has nothing to do with it, I thought that might make it easier on her.

Heck, last time I "dissed" anyone it was President Lyndon Baines Johnson ....grin But that way would most likely be much easier on her and since the numbers are just numbers it would not harm any of us that ordered too soon to just reorder. I just thought she might be running into trouble trying to manipulate a database. Those things have smacked ME more than once.... Oh and BTW where did you train for your Dis Police badge? grin Charlies Angels comes to mind......

Make sure you're ordering the shirt that the discount can apply to and put the code in all caps. If it fails, you can contact customerservice@jasoncastromusic.com.

I got an order conformation about the shirts I ordered but I don't remember getting anything from paypal confirming I paid for the fan club membership. I may have gotten it and deleted it right away without thinking to save it. Is there a way I can find out for sure that I paid the 24.95 for the fan club membership?? And how do you know if you have a JCM number??

Ok, So I have 2 emails from Jaoncastromusic. One saying my order has been shipped (fan club and T-shirt) and another saying welcome to the store. BUT, still nothing taken out of my paypal account. Sooo?
