On the DDB boards, millie4Him started a topic called the "IT" picture. The "IT" picture is the one picture that was taken during your own Jason Encounter (either by you or someone else) that really touches you or that grabs you for whatever reason.

... To open this up to everyone, this can also be a picture that you have seen.

It has had such great feedback on DDB, that we thought we would start a topic over here. Please post your "IT" picture and the story behind it.

My show was the Tampa one last Thursday. As most of you know we were still feeling the remanents of TS Faye. I had to drive from Sanford to Tampa and it took alot longer than anticipated because of bad weather. By the time I made it to the venue I was frazzled and sure that I had missed my chance to see Jason. As soon as I got there, my buddy Liss took me over to where Jason was just finishing up and got his autograph for me (thank you Liss). I took a couple of pictures, but none of them were very good. I went back over to where the DHs were all standing and Jason came back over to that area to pick up his goodies (I didn't realize he had left them there). While picking up his goodies, Jason started talking to a gentlemen with Downe's Sydrome. I was mesmerized by the way he was interacting with him and took this picture. When I look at it, all I remember is the joy coming from the 2 of them.

I liked it so much, that I made it into an inspirational picture for my signature :} It says JOY... Pure and Simple..

Here is my "IT" picture! It was taken by my daughter; it's when Jason saw the sign I made.... I post regularly in the Camarilla folder over at DDB and all of us Cami's (or 'Rillas!) have been making signs and taking them to our various tour stops. (First one was made by Calgal at the Sacramento show... she surprised us all by "bringing us along"!) I love "IT" because you see how Jason now recognizes us!

This pic is very special to me because it was the only good pic I took of Jason when I was in Toronto.

I hated my camera so much because it stinks at indoors and we were indoors!

I gave it to Elel to stylize it because I love the touch she give to pics.

Hope you like it, it is so special to me!

My "it" pic is one taken by castrovote of Jason as he was coming down to the end to begin talking to fans in Charlotte and I got all "fangirly" and reached out to him and he saw me doing it and moved over closer to the fans and grabbed my hand. I am so glad she took this pic-it is very special to me-b/c its my hand but it also shows"Jason and his fans." It illlustrates his kindness to his fans and his wilingness to interact with us:

I was hoping to get a pic with him looking at me and I did!
He was starting to walk away from me down the line and asked him if he'd smile for me and he quickly turned around and gave me this gorgeous grin! This was in Dallas. I didn't get many shots at all that day, but the couple that I did get were like gold to me! I'm still in awe about meeting Jason!
