I know what you mean jo. i was listening to the radio on my drive home from work today and no one. No one has a voice like Jason's. It's a true gift. Love this. And Deb your avi is scaring me! HAHA! |

ohmigosh, guys... i was at work when i got the text that everything was OFFICIAL!!!... and being a member of the medical profession I had to just suck it up and smile pleasantly.... and run to the bathroom and SQUEEEEEEEEE!!!!! ohmigosh.. i am so happy for jason, and for all the castros... but i think mostly i am happy for US!!! most of us sat in front of the tv February a year ago and were captivated by that unknown Dreadheaded kid with the guitar, the wonderful voice, the expressive face, the blue eyes... and each week we cheered, we held our breaths, we cheered some more; we laughed, we cried... and through it all we had FAITH in jason's talent... when others tried to talk him down, belittle his abilities, we stood by him, never doubting... and now, this is like vindication... i am not usually one to say i told you so, but oh man would i love to send a little message to certain persons .... I TOLD YOU SO....OH YEAH. You and me both, sister. That was really beautiful, btw. |

Back on day one of this crazy adventure, I didn't think there was anything better than that. Now though...he's gotten so much better and stronger. It's been a blessing to watch. |
